OK not great

Basic. Does not allow for local taxes so it will be off. Presentation is OK. A passing grade but thats it. Add local tax rate and would give it four stars. That and improve interface to give five.

Sadly, however, appears to be the best in the field against heavily flawed competition in what should be a more well developed sub-market.
